01 Pre-Production Kickoff

We begin our animation services with a kick-off call or meeting where we can discuss your overall goals, big ideas, and other essential elements of the final product. We also walk you through specific questions concerning your branding considerations, color palette, voice-over preferences, and more. Then we make certain that the timeline works for all project stakeholders.

02 Script & Voice-Over

Next, our team of writers drafts a script for your video. You will need to provide us with all relevant reference materials and information before we begin. Sharing is easy and can be done with a word document, PDF, brochure, email, etc. Once you approve the script, we send the script to our voice-over partners so they can record it according to your voice-over preferences, including lip sync and tone.

03 Storyboard

Once you approve the script, we create the storyboard for your video. Our storyboard contains a series of loose sketches that will give you a clear idea of the visual concepts, flow, and direction we will use in your video.

04 Illustration

When you approve the storyboard, our expert team creates the actual illustrations that will be in your video, depending on the video style you choose. For a Whiteboard video, they will be physically drawn by hand as opposed to being digitally drawn by hand (for 2-D Animation style video) or digitally created using vector graphics (Motion Graphics video).

05 Final Edit

Our production team will perform the final edits, ensuring that the animation reflects your brand, vision, and message while meeting your quality standards. You'll receive digital versions of your video and can start sharing your message with the world!

How long does it take to create an animated video?

On average, between 6 and 9 weeks (depending on a variety of factors)

Do you help with scriptwriting?

Yes! We have a team of professional script writers who will draft an excellent script for your video (with input and approval from you, of course!)

How many revisions do we receive?

Our standard Scopes-of-Work include one round of revisions each for the scripting, storyboard, and final edit step. We can build in additional rounds of revisions if needed.

What type of animation style is right for my business?

This depends on a number of factors, including your audience, goals, message, and more. Our team will be happy to consult with you on what type of video will be best based on your needs.

What sets you apart from other whiteboard animation companies?

First, we don’t use any stock imagery or assets pulled off the internet…everything we make is entirely custom! This includes our Whiteboard videos, which are created by a real human being in our studio. This makes each of our videos entirely unique and tailored to each specific client and their specific needs. Also, our price point is in the “just right” zone. We won’t be the cheapest (because our work isn’t cheap), but we also won’t break the bank.
