We are looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at The Sketch Effect. In this position, your role would touch many areas of our business, but focus primarily on our video animation services.

Job Description

 

The Operations Coordinator role will report directly to the COO and help assist with the day-to-day operations for Video Projects, Marketing and various Operational tasks.

 

The Operations Coordinator will be involved heavily in the oversight of Video and Design projects, ensuring the creative team is well equipped and that all projects are executed with excellence, on-time, and on budget. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will assist with the execution of various initiatives and support with additional operational tasks.

 

Specific Duties Include:

 

Oversee and Manage Video and Design Projects (kickoff to final deliverables)

 

  • Scheduling and assigning creative team to projects
  • Communicating with clients throughout each stage of the process and leading project kickoff calls
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Drafting timelines
  • Equipping creative team with details needed
  • Managing video + design project capacity

 

Assist with day-to-day Operations

 

  • Office organization and upkeep
  • Managing Office Supplies and Inventory
  • Assist with Operations Initiatives
  • Assist with the development of internal systems and processes
  • Assist with Sketch Effect External Events

 

Other

 

  • Assist with planning and executing cultural events, including misc. celebrations, anniversaries, retreats and Sketch Summit
  • Scheduling marketing content

Requirements

 

  • College degree
  • Two years professional work experience
  • Ability to work 3 days/week in person at The Sketch Effect studio in Midtown, Atlanta (with Remote work on other days)

 

Expectations and Benefits

 

  • Full-time/Salary role to be fulfilled within 40-45 hours per week
