Billing Coordinator (Part-Time Remote)

Are you an organizational wizard? Could you do accounts payable and accounts receivable with your eyes closed. Do spreadsheets, processes, and task lists make you swoon? Do you derive great, deep satisfaction in the core of your being after hunting down and receiving a way overdue payment?


Then we’d love for you to be our Billing Coordinator!


This is a Part-Time role that will report to the Sketch Effect CEO. Role responsibilities include:


  • Sending invoices to clients
  • Following up on overdue invoices
  • Determining vendor/contractor payments and communication with vendors/contractors
  • Paying regular bills
  • Maintaining job profitability sheets
  • Tracking team reimbursements
  • Assisting the CEO with payroll

  • College degree
  • 8 – 12 hours of work per week.
  • Preferred, but not required: Ability to work at least one-half day/week in person at The Sketch Effect studio in Midtown, Atlanta (with Remote work on other days) to draft and mail checks for CEO and organize deposited checks


Compensation and Benefits


  • Hourly compensation of $22/hour
