Administrative Assistant

Then we’d love for you to be our Administrative Assistant!


This is a Part-Time role that will report to the Sketch Effect CEO. The majority of the administrative assistant role responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and calls for the CEO
  • Conducting email communication and other correspondence
  • Conducting miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Managing the CEO’s social media, email marketing and website platforms
  • And more


Additionally, this role will help support the broader Sketch Effect team by carrying out the following office administration responsibilities:

  • Managing Sketch Effect billing (accounts payable and accounts receivable)
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • And more

  • College degree
  • Ability to work at least 1 day/week in person at The Sketch Effect studio in Midtown, Atlanta (with remote work on other days). Our office is socially distanced and we limit the amount of people working in person on any given day


Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly compensation (Maximum of 24 hours per week)
