We are looking for someone who is driven, loves selling, and thinks big picture about business development. Someone who is eager to find fresh prospects, turn them into qualified leads, and close new deals. The ideal candidate is an outgoing people person, has real professional experience in sales, is a CRM-wizard, understands a sales funnel and is excited to go out and hunt for new business. We want a go-getter, who is motivated by each and every new close and is willing to do the work to push that revenue bar higher and higher.

Responsibilities

 

  • Quickly respond to inbound leads
  • Set up and lead discovery calls
  • Communicate with prospects throughout all stages of the sales process
  • Nurture prospects and close sales
  • Work to rebook previous clients
  • Conduct all efforts through our CRM
  • Help implement big picture sales strategies
  • Conduct outbound lead generation and prospecting (no cold calling)

Requirements

 

  • College degree
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience
  • Ability to work 3 days/week in person at The Sketch Effect studio in Midtown, Atlanta (with remote work on other days)

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Base salary commensurate with experience, along with variable incentives based on performance
